info
Your patients' satisfaction is our greatest reward. To acheive these results, we take extra care to gather information about your patients' smiles and their expectations. We offer custom shade matching and staining at our office for no additional charge.
Two weeks from pick-up, most cases are completed and delivered. Special cases, those requiring Doctor Die Trim, Metal Try-in, Porcelain Contour Review, Implants, or Full Mouth Reconstructions naturally require more time. We will do all that we can to complete these cases as quickly as possible but refuse to cut corners or deliver inferior products.
Cases are picked up and delivered to your office by our delivery driver. If you are out of our Mid-Cities delivery area, we will pay for your shipping.
Each case is an individually fabricated custom dental device manufactured by Integrity Dental Ceramics. A signed prescription must accompany each case and implies liability for laboratory charges. Statements will be sent monthly. Payments may be made by check on or before the 20th of the month; or charged monthly to your Master Card or Visa.
Alloys are weighed and billed for each restoration separately by gram.
Please specify alloy on prescription. Non-precious alloys are not used in our laboratory except by doctor's written request for special bonding applications.
